摘要
随着我国医疗体制改革的不断推进,在现代医疗市场环境下,医院之间的竞争也日趋激烈,医院人力资源的竞争是影响医院发展成败的关键因素,而医院人力资源绩效评价反映医院人力资源管理水平。本文通过分析高校附属医院人力资源绩效评价中的硬信息和软信息,为高校附属医院的人力资源管理的发展提供参考性依据,以提高医院人力资源管理水平。
With the progress of health care reform in China, competition among hospitals is increasingly intense in modem medical market environment, which is the key factor to influence the success or failure of hospital development. Hospital human resources performance evaluation can reflect hospital human resource management. The hard and soft information of human resources performance evaluation in colleges＇ affiliated hospitals were analyzed. Based on which, some references for developing hu- man resources management in colleges＇ affiliated hospitals were obtained to improve human resources management.
