摘要
运用质性研究的方法,依据资料搜集与分析的步骤,采用焦点小组访谈、编码、案例分析、因果网络图、报告人反馈等方法,分析论证了在作为典型的知识密集型组织的医院情境中,团队性激励和组织支持感是影响医院团队知识共享的关键因素,并论证了组织支持感在团队性激励对知识共享作用过程中的中介作用。本研究为未来相关研究的理论建构以及假设验证奠定了坚实的基础和依据。
Using focus group methodology, coding method, case study, and so on, the paper made a conclusion that teambased motivation and perceived organizational support are the two most important influencing factors of knowledge sharing in hospital as typical knowledge intensive organization, and then analyzed the mediating role of perceived organizational support. The conclusion made contribution to the theoretical research on knowledge sharing.
