摘要
随着医疗废弃物排放量日渐增多,不安全的废弃物管理问题更为突出。文章首先介绍了美国对医疗废弃物的界定及分类,再具体以华盛顿为例阐述废弃物管理的流程,借鉴国外先进经验,提出加强医疗废弃物管理的辅助服务建设,提高全民参与意识;加快法律制度进程,完善监督管理等建议。为建立和完善我国医疗废弃物管理体系提供依据。
With the more increasing medical waste emissions, waste insecurities management is more prominent. Firstly this article introduces the define and items of medical waste of America, secondly it is a specific example of the Washington of the United States to discuss the process of the waste management. Learning from advanced foreign experience, some suggests have been put forward such as accelerating the process of legal system, improving awareness from all people involved, strengthening the construction of auxiliary service of medical waste management and perfecting supervision and management suggestions in order to provide the basis for establishing and perfecting the medical waste management system in China.
