MSCT与气钡双重造影在小肠不明原因出血中的诊断价值

Combination of multi-slice spiral CT and air-barium double contrast examination in the diagnosis of small intestinal hemorrhage

目的评价多层螺旋CT扫描结合小肠气钡双重造影检查在小肠出血诊断中的价值。方法对我院经胃镜及结肠镜检查未能明确的消化道出血患者行腹部CT并结合小肠气钡双重造影检查。结果腹部多层螺旋CT检查及小肠气钡双重造影检查的诊断符合率分别为74.1%及55.2%。结论采用腹部螺旋CT检查结合小肠气钡双重造影检查可以提高小肠出血的诊断符合率。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT combined with air-barium double contrast examination in small intestinal bleeding.Methods Patients with alimentary tract hemorrhage that can not be conclusively diagnosed with multi-slice spiral CT scan and small bowel barium double contrast examination.Results The diagnostic accuracy of multi-slice spiral CT scan and small bowel barium double contrast examination was 74.1％ and 55.2 ％.Conclusion Combination of the two examination methods could improve the diagnostic accuracy of the small intestinal bleeding.
