全膝关节置换术1例护理体会

The nursing experience of a case during total knee replacement surgery

目的探讨人工膝关节置换术的护理。方法对我院首例人工膝关节置换术患者进行术前的心理护理、康复指导以及术后引流管护理、切口护理、预防感染、预防下肢深静脉血栓、功能锻炼指导等护理措施进行回顾总结。结果本例患者通过以上措施护理,术后无并发症发生,随访术膝功能恢复良好。结论对膝关节置换术进行恰当的护理干预,能促进手术的成功及膝关节的功能恢复,提高患者生活质量。

Objective To investigate the nursing care of total knee replacement surgery. Methods Review and sum up the nursing experience of the first case done total knee replacement surgery,such as preoperative psychological care;postoperative rehabilitation.Care of the drainage tube and incision.Prevention of infection and venous thrombosis of lower extremity.Functional exercise guidance. Results The patient had good functional recovery and without any complications. Conclusion Appropriate nursing care is important to the total knee replacement surgery,which can promote functional recovery of knee and improve life quaulity of patient.
