摘要
用 9~ 1 0日龄鸭胚和血清交叉中和试验从四川省七个疑似鸭瘟发病片区分离鉴定了七株鸭瘟病毒。经测定 ,这七个毒株与鸭瘟标准强毒AV12 2 1F16代的血清型、抗原性一致 ,没有血凝特性 ,对氯仿敏感 ,属于DNA病毒 ;鸭胚半数致死量DELD50 为 1 0 -4 .59~ 1 0 -5.92 / 0 .2mL ;本动物回归使四川麻鸭在 3~ 7天死亡 ;电镜下观察成熟病毒粒子呈球形或近似球形 ,带有囊膜 ,直径 1 5 0~ 1 6 0nm ,具有疱疹病毒的典型形态结构。
Seven duck plague virus strains are isolated and identified from seven different invasion districts in Sichuan Province with 9 to 10 day old duck embryo and cross-neutralization test.It is proved that they are in accord with standard DPV strain,AV 1221 F 16 ,have no hemagglutinin,are sensitive to chloroform,belong to DNA virus.Their duck embryo LD 50 is 10 -4.59 ~10 -5.92 /0.2mL。The Sichuan sheldrake ducks die within 3 to 7 days after infection by the isolated strains.The virons look like sphericity of subsphericity under electron microscope,whose diameters are about 150~160nm,with typical structure of herpesvirus.
