纤支镜引导下球囊扩张治疗支气管扩张大咯血的护理

Observation of nursing care for bronchiectasis-induced massive hemoptysis treated by balloon dilatation via bronchofiberscope

目的探讨纤支镜引导下球囊扩张治疗支气管扩张大咯血的护理方法及效果观察。方法 80例患者,分两组,各40例,观察组采用本组干预方法,对照组实施常规护理,比较两组操作时间、导管留置时间及发生导管脱出、移位比例。结果观察组操作和导管留置时间短于对照组(P<0.05),发生导管移位和导管脱出比例低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论有效护理干预,能缩短纤支镜下球囊压迫操作时间、提高治疗效果,值得临床重视。

Objective To explore nursing approaches for bronchiectasis-induced massive hemoptysis treated by balloon dilatation via bronchofiberscope and observe the nursing effects. Methods 80 cases were assigned to twogroups with 40 cases in each group. The observation group was given interventions and the control group was given routine care. The operating time, catheter duration and the proportion of catheter fall and displacement were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had shorter operating time and shorter catheter duration than the control group （P 〈 0.05） and lower proportion of catheter fall and displacement than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Effective nursing interventions can shorten the operating time under balloon compression via bronchofiberscope and improve the therapeutic effects, which it is worthy of attention in clinical practice.
