护理带教中护理差错的原因分析及管理对策 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨护理带教中护理差错的原因及管理对策。方法选取本院护生76名,实施一对一护理带教,分析护理带教中护理差错的发生原因。结果 76名护生发生护理差错40次,其中输液注射差错14次,处理医嘱差错12次,交接班不清差错10次,口服药物发放差错1次,护理观察不到位差错3次。依护生学历中专、大专、本科顺序,护理差错发生率呈现降低趋势。依带教老师职称护士、护师、主管护师顺序,护理差错发生率呈现降低趋势。经统计学分析,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护生学历低、带教老师职称低容易发生护理差错,实施有效的护理管理对策可减少护理差错的发生,有助于提高医院护理带教的管理质量。 Objective To investigate reason and management countermeasures of nursing errors in nursing teaching. Methods 76 nursing students were selected in hospital,who were given one-one nursing teaching. Reason of nursing errors were analyzed in nursing teaching. Results Nursing mistakes happened 40 times in 76 nursing students. Infusion injection error happened 14 times. Processing order error happened 12 times. Not clear shift error happened 10 times. Oral drug release error happened 1 time. Nursing observation not in place error happened 3 times.According to nursing students degree sequence of technical secondary school-junior college-undergraduate,incidence of nursing error decreased. According to eacher professional title sequence of nurse-higher nurse-nurse in charge order,incidence of nursing error decreased.By statistical analysis,difference was statistically significant(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Low nursing students degree and teacher professional title can cause teachers professional titles.Effective nursing management measures can reduce occurrence of nursing errors,which is helpful to improve quality of management of nursing teaching in hospital.
