医院门诊一卡通系统的效率研究

随着电子技术、计算机技术以及通讯技术等在医学中的应用,医疗卫生事业也进入了崭新的信息时代,医院信息化管理成为必然趋势。其中门诊一卡通系统作为一种较为先进的就诊方式在我国多家医院得到应用。本文主要通过流程分析、数据挖掘等方式对门诊一卡通模式与传统门诊模式进行对比,分析研究效率提升点,通过数据采样、人工调查等方式计算效率提升数值,以及效率增长潜力。

With the application of electronic technology, computer technology and communication technology in medicine, medical and health services have entered a new information age and therefore hospital information management has become an inevitable trend. As an advanced way to see a doctor, the outpatient e-card system has been applied in many hospitals in our country. This paper tries to compare the outpatient e-card mode and the traditional outpatient mode and analyze the efficiency promotion through process analysis and data mining. Data sampling and artificial investigation methods were used to calculate the efficiency promotion value and efficiency growth potential.
