IGF-1受体与甲状腺相关眼病 被引量:2

摘要 甲状腺相关眼病(TAO)的病因学一直令人困惑并且存在各种争论,在甲亢型Graves病中TSHR与刺激型抗TSHR抗体(TRAb)相互作用引起的自身免疫已被证实,但在TAO的发展过程中TSHR信号通路机制以及细胞表面其他受体的参与证据还未确定。现普遍认为IGF-1R是TAO的另一自身抗原,GD患者眼眶成纤维细胞以及T、B淋巴细胞表面IGF-1R的表达增多,后者可能与TSHR形成功能复合体,共同在TSHR激活后的信号传导中起作用;而TRAb能诱导TAO未分化的眼眶成纤维细胞合成分泌透明质酸(HA),此过程可通过抑制IGF-1R来阻断。总之,根据现有的证据,在TAO的发病机制中TSHR与IGF-1R被认为是“合作伙伴”。现就TAO中IGF-1R的研究现状做一综述。
