青光眼治疗中以便秘为首发低钾血症30例分析

Analysis of constipation as the first onset with hypokalemia during glaucoma treatment in 30 cases

目的探讨青光眼治疗中出现以便秘为首发症状的低钾血症的临床特点。方法回顾性分析对2007年1月至2013年6月在汕头大学医学院第一附属医院眼科就诊的青光眼30例以便秘为首发症状的低钾血症的临床资料。结果病人发作时均有不同程度便秘，均有血钾降低。结论青光眼治疗中出现以便秘为首发症状的低钾血症以老年患者，且合并糖尿病和高血压者多发，合理补钾治疗可迅速改善症状，同时积极寻找病因，治疗原发疾病。及时确诊及时治疗是控制低钾血症的关键。

Objective To study the clinical characteristics with constipation as hypokalemia symp- tom appeared in treatment of glaucoma. Methods Retrospective analyzed the clinical data of 30 cas- es of hypokalemia with constipation as the first symptom. Results The attacks had varying degrees of constipation, had decreased serum potassium. In treatment of glaucoma with constipation as the first symptom of hypokalemia occurred in elderly patients with diabetes and hypertension, and multi- ple reasons. Conclusions Reasonable potassium treatment can rapidly improve the symptoms, at the same time, search the pathogeny actively, treatment for primary diseases. Timely diagnosis and time- ly treatment is the key to control of hypokalemia.
