眶尖综合征的临床分析

The clinical analysis of orbital apex syndrome

目的通过分析眶尖综合征临床表现、影像学检查资料、治疗经过及预后总结分析该病常见病因及诊疗经验。方法对2009年10月至2012年10月之间在天津市第一中心医院收治的临床表现为眶尖综合征的患者21例（26只眼）进行回顾性总结及分析。结果眶内占位性病变3例（14．3％），外伤性疾病11例（52．4％），感染性疾病3例（14．3％），非特异性炎症3例（14．3％），医源性疾病1例（4．8％）。结论眶尖综合征病因及表现复杂，影像学及细胞学检查有助于明确诊断，必要时需多科联合治疗。

Objective To investigate the etiology and diagnosis experience of orbital apex syn- drome according to clinical features, imaging information, therapy and prognosis. Methods Twen- ty-one cases of orbital apex syndrome hospitalized from October 2009 to October 2012 were re- viewed retrospectively. Results Among 21 patients of orbital apex syndrome, the most common cause was neoplasm （14.3%）, the second was trauma （52.4%）, the third was infectious （14.3%） and the others were inflammatory （14.3%）, iatrogenic （4.8%）. Conclusions Furthermore, etiology and representation are complicated. Imaging and cytolgical examination seems helpful. Others departments maybe needed.
