摘要
首先由2-磷酸基-1,2,4-三羧酸丁烷与新戊二醇反应,制得数均分子质量为1 500的含有磷酸基团的聚酯多元醇,随后将其与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯反应制得聚氨酯预聚体,再由1,4-丁二醇扩链获得产物,将产物分散于水中,最终得到固含量为30%的磷酸型水性聚氨酯分散体。并用红外光谱、凝胶渗透色谱、差热扫描等测试手段,对聚酯多元醇和水性聚氨酯分散体进行了表征。经过研究发现,该WPU的热稳定性、残炭量、拉伸强度、吸水率随着磷元素含量的增加而增加,表明制得的磷酸型水性聚氨酯具有良好的阻燃性能。
A phosphated polyester polyol with average molecular mass of 1 500 was synthesized by 2 - phosphono - 1,2, 4 - butanetricarboxylic acid and 2, 2 - dimethyl - 1, 3 - propane diol, then reacted with isophorone diisocyanate to obtain the pie - polymer. The pre - polymer was extended by 1,4 - butanediol and the product was dispersed in the water by mechanical stirring intensely, at last the phosphated waterborne polyurethane with solid content of 30% was obtained. Fourier Transform - infrared Spectroscopy (FT- IR), Thermal Gravimetric Analysis (TGA) and powder X- ray diffraction (XRD) were used to analyze the structure and characteristics of the polymer. The results show that the thermostability, char yield, tensile strength and water ab- sorption of WPU films increase with the increase of phosphorus content, indicating that the WPU has a good performance in me- chanical property and fire retardancy property.
