摘要
通过酸降解和氧化处理制备了淀粉基蛋白合成物GS和单一的改性淀粉DS,淀粉基蛋白合成物GS具有较大的平均粒径,将2种产品和制革中常用的几种蛋白填料对蓝湿牛革进行填充试验,并对比了其填充性能。结果显示:淀粉基蛋白合成物GS填充的皮革增厚明显(增厚率13.39%),物理力学性能优异,柔软度适中。从填充能力考虑,淀粉基蛋白合成物GS有益于皮革质量的改善。
Denatured starch based protein compound (GS) and denatured starch (DS) were prepared by acidic hydrolysis combining oxidation treatment. The average particle size is big. The wet blue were filled with the above two compounds and sever- al common protein fillers respectively. The results show that the compound GS has a good thickening property( thickening rate is 13.39% ) and physical mechanical performance, also moderate softness. GS is favourabie for improving the quality of chrome tanned leather due to its good filling property.
