中年高血压患者脉压与肾功能指标相关性的分析

The correlation analysis between pulse pressure and kidney function index in Middle-aged patients with hypertension

目的探讨中年高血压病患者脉压与肾功能指标的关系。方法对2010～2012年辽宁医学院附属第一医院138名中年高血压病的体检患者测定血压、年龄、血肌酐等指标,通过Cockcroft-Gault方程估算肌酐清除率,利用皮尔逊检验(pearson检验)对脉压与肌酐清除率进行分析。结果脉压与肌酐清除率两者之间呈负相关。结论脉压是中年高血压患者肾功能损害的危险因素之一,随着脉压增大肌酐清除率下降。

Objective To explore the relationship of pulse pressure with renal function parameters in middle-aged patients with hypertension. Methods One hundred and Thirty-eight patients with hypertension were picked out of First Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning Medical examination in 2010 -2012. Indexes such as blood pressure, age, serum creatinine was measured, creatinine clearance was estimated by the Cockcroft-Gauh equations. And the relationship between pulse pressure and creatinine clearance was analyzed by Pearson test. Result Negative correlation was proved between pulse pressure and CCr. Conclusion Pulse pressure is one of the risk factors of renal dysfunction; creatinine clearance rate decreased with the increased pulse pressure in Middle-aged patients with hypertension
