摘要 物体识别实验是一种用于检测啮齿类动物记忆功能的行为学实验方法,以其独有的特点和优势近年来得到了广泛的应用。目前,在国内物体识别实验受到越来越多的关注,但具体介绍该实验方法的相关文献却很少。因此,本文主要对大鼠物体识别实验的方法进行简要阐述。 Obeject recognition task (ORT) is a widely used behavioural test with several distinctive characteristics for assessment of the memory functions in rodents. Currently, few publications specifically characterizing the test in ORT were found, although ORT has received much attention from researchers in China. Consenquently, this paper was to review the method of ORT in rats.
