丙泊酚制剂注射痛是一个临床较为常见的难题,医学界尚未明确其机理.现结合国内外的相关研究结果分析丙泊酚制剂注射痛的相关影响因素和发病机理,并总结丙泊酚制剂注射痛预防方式的最新进展.
Injection pain of propofol formulations is a relatively common clinical problem, but its pat and th hogenic mechanism is still not clear. Related factors and pathogenic mechanism are analysed, e prevention of latest developments of propofol injection pain is summarized according to rele- rant researches at home and abroad.
