摘要
本文从理论上估算了O_2(1~△_g)二聚物的增益系数,在实验中以微波(2450 MHz)激励产生激发态(1~△_g)的氧分子,利用放大的自发辐射法,首次获得了波长为6561nm处介质的增益特性曲线。当气压为0.3 torr,激发功率为300W时,净增益为0.0183cm^(-1)可望实现激光振荡。
The gain coefficients of dimer of O2(1Δg) was estimated theoretically. Using microwave to generate singlet oxygen (1Δg) in our experiments, the gain characteristic of the dimer of O2(1Δg) at 6561 A has been obtained for the first times by the means of amplified spontaneous emission. When bho pressure was 0.3torr and the power of the microwave was 300 W, the net gain was 1.83% cm-1. It is expected to laser osoialla-tion in the medium.
