摘要
目的:探索320排螺旋CT在活体SD大鼠腹部动脉血管造影中的应用价值。方法:利用东芝320排螺旋CT对30只正常SD大鼠进行腹部CT动脉造影,并将所获得的图像数据进行多平面重建、最大密度投影及三维重建后,观察大鼠腹部动脉血管的结构形态。结果:所得动脉图像均达到诊断标准,能清晰显示腹部主要动脉形态及其解剖位置。结论:运用320排CT可以安全、便捷、精确地获得大鼠动脉血管系统的结构形态信息和其与周围组织器官关系。
Purpose: This study aimed to investigate the application of 320-slice spiral CT in abdominal artery angiography of SD rats. Methods: CT angiography by 320-slice spiral CT was carried out on thirty normal SD rats. The original images were processed with multi-planar and three-dimensional reconstruction. Then, three radiologists assessed the image quality of them. Results: All the reconstructed images clearly displayed the anatomical location of abdominal arteries, and the diagnostic standard were met. Conclusion: It is convenient and accurate to acquire the morphology information and relationship with the surrounding tissues of abdominal artery of SD rats through 320-slice spiral CT.
