摘要
脑胶质瘤是颅内常见的恶性肿瘤,尽管有手术、放疗和化疗等多种治疗手段,但在过去的20多年里,恶性胶质瘤患者的平均生存期并无多大改变。免疫治疗作为一种新的治疗模式引起了研究者的广泛关注。建立有效的免疫疗法,激发人体自身的免疫系统,定位并清除肿瘤细胞而不损害周围正常的组织,不失为一种理想的治疗策略。近些年来,研究者建立了多种脑胶质瘤的免疫疗法并进行了大量的临床试验。本文就脑胶质瘤的免疫治疗研究进展作一综述。
Cerebral glioma is a common intracranial malignant tumor. Despite several treatment modalities including surgical resection, chemotherapy and radiotherapy, there has been little changes in the average survival of patients with malignant glioma in the past two decades. As a novel therapeutic modality for glioma patients, immunotherapy has attracted the attention of many researchers. The development of effective immunotherapy, stimulating the body' s own immune system, locating and eliminating malignant tumors with no damage to surrounding normal tissues, is no doubt an ideal treatment strategy. These years, a lot of immunotherapy strategies have been established and clinical trials have been taken out accordingly. Here, we review the advances in the study of immunotherapy for cerebral glioma.
