试论我国产品责任制度立法之完善

On the Perfection of Product Responsibility Regulations of China

从八十年代以来 ,我国先后颁布了一些有关产品责任制度方面的法律法规 ,对调整产品责任关系 ,有效保护广大消费者合法权益 ,保障社会经济秩序正常运行 ,起到了十分重要的作用。但是随着时间的推移和社会经济的变化 ,其不完善之处已日益明显 。

Since 1980's China has issued a series of laws and regulations on product responsibility which has played an important role in adjusting relations in product responsibilities,protecting consumes'legal rights with efficiency,and ensuring the regular running of social and economic system.With time passing and social economy changing,the imperfections of these laws and regulations are becoming evident.Therefore,it is imperative to perfect China's product responsibility regulations.
