邻健指侧血管神经营养皮瓣修复患指侧皮软组织缺损临床应用 被引量:8

摘要 目的研究邻健指侧血管神经营养皮瓣修复患指侧皮软组织缺损的解剖及应用后临床效果。方法采用邻健指侧血管神经营养皮瓣修复患指侧皮软组织缺损并骨外露创面患者11例。结果 11例皮瓣术后成活,1例术后2 d皮瓣苍白,因指体肿胀经处理蒂部拆除缝线血运改善,结痂愈合;术后11例患指均保留手指受伤后现有手指长度,手指皮肤耐磨性、感觉、外观及活动度均恢复良好,皮瓣及植皮区一期愈合。结论邻健指侧血管神经营养皮瓣技术相对其他皮瓣修复简单易行,恢复患指缺损局部皮肤感觉、外观,术后效果明显,患者痛苦轻,无需二次手术实施,具有临床应用实用价值。
