摘要
介绍了应用高温沥青试制炭电极的研发背景及采取的生产工艺条件,包括原料的选择、混捏、压型、焙烧、机加工等技术,将所制得的炭电极在金属硅冶炼中应用,满足了客户对所需导电材料强度高、低消耗、不易折断的要求,达到了研制开发目的。
This paper introduced the application of high temperature pitch in manufacturing carbon electrode and the production process conditions, including the selection of raw materials, kneading, molding ,baking, and machining technologies. The application of carbon electrode obtained in the silicon metal smelting was made. The requirements of customers for the conductive material with high strength, low consumption, not easy to break were satisfied, the purpose of the research and development was achieved.
