摘要 增生型糖尿病视网膜病变（PDR）可致玻璃体积血、视网膜玻璃体增生条带，从而引起牵拉性视网膜脱离等并发症。目前临床上治疗PDR常采用23G玻璃体切割手术（PPV）。但手术中视野差，增加了手术风险及手术后并发症的发生率。此外，
