跨上皮离子导入角膜胶原交联治疗玻璃体切割手术后角膜上皮迁延不愈一例

摘要
患者男,66岁。因左眼异物感、流泪8个月于2013年5月12日来我院就诊。患者有糖尿病史20余年,长期规律应用胰岛素,血糖正常。高血压病史3余年。2008年诊断为“双眼糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)”,行右眼全视网膜激光光凝(PRP)治疗。
