糖尿病视网膜病变神经损伤的发病机制和保护防治研究进展 被引量:29

摘要 糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)神经损伤病理机制的研究显示高血糖、谷氨酸兴奋毒性损伤、氧化应激、神经营养因子缺乏等在损伤中发挥重要作用。多种药物被用来研究DR的神经保护,主要包括调控血糖、抑制谷氨酸兴奋性毒性损伤、减少氧化应激、补充神经营养因子等机制中的一种或几种发挥作用。间充质干细胞多向分化潜能、分泌细胞因子功能可为受损视网膜提供保护,可成为将来研究的热点。
