摘要 目的了解北京地区儿童急性上呼吸道感染中肠道病毒(EV)的感染谱。方法收集2009-05-09于北京儿童医院就诊的急性上呼吸道感染患者的咽拭子1 121份,用反转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法对EV的VP1基因进行了扩增并测序。结果发现55例为EV阳性,分属14个血清型。其中44例属于A种EV(EV-A),11例为EV-B。检出EV与手足口病及无菌性脑膜炎中检测到的EV具有高度同源性,但和EV原型株相比较均产生了不同程度的变异。结论2009年北京地区急性上吸道感染儿童中以EV-A感染为主,与成人病原谱存在差异。 Objective To determine the spectrum of enteroviruses (EV) in children with acute respiratory tract in- fections (ARTI) in Beijing. Methods Throat swabs were collected from 1,121 children at the time of admission to the Beijing Children's Hospital for ARTI during May 2009 through September 2009. To detect EV, the viral protein 1 ( VP1 ) gene were amplified by reverse transcription PCR and verified the findings by sequence analysis. Results EV was detected in 55 children and 14 EV serotypes were identified. Among of them, 7 EV serotypes including 44 cases belonged to EV-A and the others belonged to EV-B. The sequences of EV in this research had very high homology with that detected in hand-foot-and-mouth disease or aseptic meningitis. Compared to prototype, muta- tions were happened in clinical strains. Conclusions EV-A was dominant in children with acute respiratory tract infections which was different to that of the adult in Beijing in 2009.
