摘要 盘状结构域受体1(DDR1)是近年来发现的一利新型受体型蛋白酪氨酸激酶(RTK),能与多种胶原蛋白特异性结合并被激活,活化一系列细胞内外信号传导,参与多种疾病过程,如肿瘤的发生发展、炎性反应和纤维化的发生,进展等。 Discoidin domain receptorl (DDR1), a novel receptor tyrosine kinase(RTK), specifically binds to and be activated by collagen, consequently triggering a cascade of transmembrane signal transmission in cells. Many disease processes such as the development of tumor, inflammatory response and fibrosis have abnormal expressions of DDR1.
