摘要 间充质干细胞(MSCs)在肿瘤的发生中扮演着重要角色,但它对肿瘤生长的影响存在争议,不同的研究表明MSCs可以促进或抑制肿瘤生长。同时,因MSCs对肿瘤的趋向性及低免疫原性,使其具备了应用于肿瘤治疗的潜力。 Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) play an important role in tumorigenesis, but there are some disputes about their effects on the tumor growth. Different studies found that MSCs could promote or suppress the tumor growth. MSCs had the potential to be used for oncotherapy because of its tropism of tumor and low immunogenicity.
