摘要
患者女，52岁，因下腹隐痛、腹胀2d、发热1d，于2012年5月27Et入住我院妇科。查体：下腹有深压痛，无反跳痛，移动性浊音阳性。妇科检查：盆腔内可扪及直径约10cm的囊实性肿物，边界尚清，活动欠佳，压痛明显。入院后完善辅助检查：肿瘤标志物CAl25316．7U／ml，CAl99、CEA和AFP均正常。
