摘要
剩余价值生产过程中的劳资关系伦理 ,是研究《资本论》经济伦理思想的重点。剩余价值生产中的劳资关系 ,体现着资本主义制度下劳资伦理关系的本质。抽掉经济关系的这个特定规定性 ,就不能看清被形式的平等所掩盖着的实质的不平等关系。人格化的资本和被异化的劳动 ,是资本主义雇佣伦理关系的基本内容。劳资伦理关系的本质不是平等 ,而是雇佣 ;不是自由 ,而是专制。劳资伦理关系的调节在一般情况下有道德的作用 ,在利益冲突的一定界限上 ,道德的调节就要通过法律来解决 ,而且从关系的总体上说始终带有政治性。
Labor-capital ethics in the course of surplus value production is the key to study the economic ethical thought in Marx's work 'On Capital'. The labor-capital relation in the surplus value production reflects the essence of labor-capital ethics relation under the capitalism system. If the specified economic relation is not considered, the unequal relation covered by equality in form can not be clearly seen. The personalized capital and the aliened capital is the basic contents of capitalism employment ethics. The essence of labor-capital ethics relation is not equality but employment, not freedom but autocracy. In general cases, the adjustment can be solved by means of law. Generally speaking, the relation is of political nature. One has to distinguish the two different kinds of service between capitalism economic relation and ethical relation.
