3种内固定器治疗股骨转子间骨折的创伤性比较 被引量:9

摘要 股骨转子间骨折多见于伴有骨质疏松和(或)多种内科疾病的患者,保证手术患者的安全是外科医师的首要目标,这要求以最小的手术创伤达到最佳疗效。传统的动力髋螺钉(dynamichipscrew,DHS)作为稳定性股骨转子问骨折的标准治疗获得了较好的疗效。
