机化慢性硬膜下血肿的手术策略及其包膜超微结构研究 被引量：5

摘要 慢性硬膜下血肿（chronicsubduralhematomas，CSDH）是神经外科的常见病，约占颅内血肿的10％，多发于老年人，大部分有头部外伤史。颅骨钻孔冲洗引流术足首选手术方式。
