运动和饮食干预对脂肪甘油三酯水解酶的影响及其机制研究现状 被引量:6

摘要 脂肪甘油三酯水解酶(adipose triglyceride lipase,ATGL)是在脂滴中发现的水解甘油三酯的关键限速酶。除在脂肪组织高表达外,ATGL也在骨骼肌、心肌、肝脏等非脂肪细胞中表达,在机体能量代谢调节中发挥重要作用。运动和饮食干预可以调控ATGL的表达和活性,促进甘油三酯水解。本文在介绍ATGL结构和功能的基础上,综述了运动和饮食干预对ATGL表达和活性的影响及其机制,包括儿茶酚胺、胰岛素、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNFα)、比较基因鉴定蛋白(CGI-58)、过氧化物增殖因子活化受体γ(PPARγ)和G0/G1开关基因2(GOS2)的作用。
