艾滋病伴发播散性传染性软疣1例

A Case of AIDS with Disseminated Molluscum Contagiosum

患者男,37岁,全身泛发丘疹2年。皮肤科情况:头面部、颈部、躯干、双上肢、生殖器部位可见近百个半球形丘疹,丘疹表现为正常肤色,部分丘疹中央有脐凹。面部丘疹行皮损病理检查见软疣小体,舌背和侧缘有白色斑块状黏膜增生,真菌培养有念珠菌感染。HIV抗体检测阳性。诊断为:①艾滋病合并传染性软疣;②口腔毛状白斑;③口腔念珠菌病。

A 37-year-old male had presented with generalized papules for 2 years. Physical examination found nearly 100 hemispherical and skin-colored pimples on the head, face, neck, trunk, upper limbs and the genital. The center of some lesions were indented. Molluscum bodies were observed in the pathological examination of the papule from the face. Fungal culture of pseudohyphae on the back and the side edge of the tongue identified Canidia albicans. Anti-HIV was positive. The condition was diagnosed as AIDS complicated with and molluscum contagiosum, oral hairy leukoplakia and oral candidiasis.
