摘要
目的探索应用数码相机和Photoshop图像处理软件测量色素障碍性皮肤病的皮损面积的简易方法。方法采集色斑区的数码照片,输入计算机,应用Photoshop软件提取色斑特征区域,测量色素障碍性皮肤病的皮损面积。结果 Photoshop软件分析色斑区域的图片,能够精确显示肉眼难以区分的较浅色斑区域及较深色斑中夹杂的正常肤色部分,并进行快速、准确的测量。结论利用Photoshop软件评价色斑面积具有更好的客观性和科学性,可以为色素障碍性皮肤病的临床疗效判断提供可靠而又客观的依据。
Objective To explore a simple and easy method by using digital camera and Photoshop on measuring the area of macules in pigmentation disorders. Methods Digital photos of pigmented macules were collected and input the computer,Photoshop software system was applied to measure the area of pigmented macules. Resuits With Photoshop analysis,the area of the pigmented macules can be distinguished and measured accurately. Conclusion Using Photoshop to analyze the digital images of pigmented macules is an objective and reliable way to evaluate pigmentation disorders.
