摘要
目的:比较CL-7200和CX-5两种分析系统检测总蛋白(TP)等12个项目的结果。方法:选择38份新鲜血清标本对试剂岛津CL-7200全自动生化仪与贝克曼CX-5全自动生化仪上各项检测参数结果的精密度以及相关性进行对比、分析,经统计学分析,获得两仪器测定结果的调整因子与相关性,以CL-7200检测结果作为标准对CX-5的检测结果进行校正。结果:CL-7200与CX-5检测结果的变异系数(CV)均在0.60%-6.80%范围内,各个参数的相关系数的平方(r2)在0.956 2-0.999 1范围内,采用上述方法校正之后取得了非常好的一致性。结论:CL-7200与CX-5之间的相关性较好,试剂能够替代仪器原装试剂进行相关的检测;不同系统的检测结果存在一定的偏倚,但是通过比对试验与校正之后能够取得二者之间检测结果的一致性,从而能够很好地满足临床检测的需要。
Objective: To compare the detection result of total protein (TP) and other 12 projects among different analysis system. Methods: A total of 38 servings of fresh serum samples were selected, the accuracy and relevance of various test parameters of the origin reagent in Shimadzu CL-7200 automatic biochemical analyzer and Beckman CX-5 automatic biochemical analyzer were analyzed and compared, then adjustment factor and relevance of measurement results by the two instruments were obtained. The detection result of CX-5 was corrected according to the CL-7200 result as standard. Results. The coefficient variations (CV) of CL-7200 and CX-5 detection result ranged between 0.60% and 6.80%, the square of the correlation coefficient for each parameter (r^2) was 0.956 2-0.999 1, and the consistency was good after corrected by the above method. Conclusion: The correlation between CL-7200 and CX-5 results is good, and the origin reagents can replace the instrument original reagents in detection. Detection result of different system has certain bias, hut after comparison and correction, the test results of two systems can be consistent, which can satisfy the needs of clinical testing.
