自来水和矿泉水对碳酸饮料脱矿后的年轻牙釉质的再矿化作用 被引量:1

Effect of Tap Water and Mineral Water on the Remineralisation of Adolescent Enamel Demineralised by Carbonated Drinks

摘要 目的:探讨矿泉水和自来水能否对碳酸饮料脱矿后的青少年牙釉质发生再矿化作用,及两者再矿化作用程度的比较。方法:选取口腔科因正畸需要拔除的青少年前磨牙9颗,每颗牙齿沿牙体长轴分为颊舌两部分,制备成18个釉质块,随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组6块,标本经碳酸饮料浸泡1周后,A组随机选取2个标本在电镜(SEM)下行形貌观察,其余标本用能谱(EDX)检测矿物质的相对含量[即Ca(钙)、P(磷)元素的相对含量];B组标本用大量矿泉水超声震荡清洗后,浸泡于矿泉水中1周,然后随机选取2个标本于SEM下行形貌观察,其余标本行用EDX检测矿物质的相对含量;C组标本用大量自来水超声震荡清洗后,浸泡于自来水中1周,然后随机选取2个标本于SEM下进行形貌观察,其余标本用EDX检测矿物质的相对含量。结果:SEM显示A组标本呈蜂窝状脱矿,B、C两组标本蜂窝状孔隙中均有不规则沉积物,B组沉积物更为致密;EDX显示矿物质相对含量:B组>A组(P<0.05),C组>A组(P<0.05),B组和C组间差异无统计学意义。结论:矿泉水和自来水均能对碳酸饮料脱矿后的牙釉质进行再矿化,且再矿化程度相当。 Objective: To study whether tap water and mineral water could remineralize the enamel which soaked in the carbonated beverage and to determine the remineralisation degree. Methods: Nine premolars that were extracted for orthodontics were chosen, all teeth were mesio-distally devided into two part along the long axis of the teeth, and then were randomly divided into three groups(A,B and C) with 6 samples in each group . After soaked in carbonated beverage for one week, SEM was used for morphology observation and EDX was used for chemistry analyses (cap), and teeth in group B and group C were then soaked in mineral water and tap water respectively. Results: SEM showed that the enamel surface of samples in group A became porous after demineralization, but deposits in porous which were found denser in group B than in group CEDX showd mineral content was more in groups B and C than in group A(P〈0.05). Conclusion: Tap water and mineral water could remineralize the enamel which soaked in the carbonated beverage and they have the same degree of remineralisation.
