扩张型心肌病患者胱抑素C与β_2-微球蛋白水平与心功能的关系 被引量:3

Correlation Between Cystatin C or Beta2-Microglobulin and Cardiac Function in Patients with Dilated Cardiomyopathy

摘要 目的:探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者胱抑素C(CysC)与β2-微球蛋白(β2-MG)水平与心功能的关系。方法:对181例DCM患者行彩色多普勒超声检查,并检测血清CysC、β2-MG、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及氮末端脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)的水平。结果:与CysC和β2-MG正常组相比,CysC或β2-MG单独升高组NYHA分级增加,左心室射血分数(LVEF)降低。CysC和β2-MG都升高组患者心功能进一步降低。随着心功能分级的增加,CysC、β2-MG、hs-CRP及NT-proBNP水平逐渐增加。CysC和β2-MG与LVEF呈负相关,与左心室内径(LVDD)、hs-CRP及NT-proBNP水平呈正相关。结论:DCM患者心功能与CysC和β2-MG水平相关。 Objective: To investigate the correlation of cystatin C (CysC) or β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) and cardiac function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM). Methods: The cardiac functions of 181 DCM patients were assayed by color Doppler echocardiography, and the levels of CysC, β2-MG, hs-CRP and NT-proBNP were also detected. Results: Compared with group in which CysC and β2-MG are normal, CysC or β2-MG alone elevated group had higher NYHA class and decreased LVEF. Group with high CysC and high β2-MG had further reduced cardiac function. With the NYHA class of cardiac function increased, the levels of CysC, β2-MG, hs-CRP and NT- proBNP in DCM patients increased accordingly. The levels of CysC and β2-MG were negatively correlated with LVEF of DCM patients and positively correlated with LVDD, hs-CRP and NTproBNP in DCM patients. Conclusion: The cardiac function is related to the levels of CysC and β2- MG in DCM patients.
