肌间隙入路单侧腰椎椎弓根钉固定椎间融合术治疗退变性腰椎不稳症 被引量:4

Treatment of lumbar degenerative instability by unilateral pedicle screw fixation through spatium intermuscular approach

摘要 采用微创后路单边椎弓根钉及椎间融合器治疗需行内固定融合手术的退行性腰椎不稳患者28例。随访8~16个月,术后3个月及末次随访时疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及Oswestry功能障碍评分(ODI)较术前明显改善。认为多裂肌与竖脊肌间隙单侧腰椎椎弓根钉固定椎间融合术方法是治疗退行性腰椎不稳可供选择的较好方法。
