摘要
p73基因是抑癌基因p53家族的一员,最先被认为与肿瘤的发生相关。近年来,研究者们发现p73基因与神经系统发育及神经系统变性疾病的病理生理过程有关。在阿尔茨海默病患者神经系统中,伴随异常的tau蛋白磷酸化,不仅出现了p73基因在神经元中含量和分布的改变,还出现了p73基因的两种亚型TAp73和ΔNp73的失调。文中就近年来关于p73基因与阿尔茨海默病的相关研究作一综述。
p73 gene,as a member of the tumor suppressor genep53 family,has first been confirmed to be associated with tumorigenesis.In recent years,it was found that p73 plays a key role in the pathophysiological process of nervous system development and degeneration of nervous system diseases.In the nervous system of patients with Alzheimer' s disease,associated with tau protein phosphorylation,not only the content and distribution of p73 have changed,but the dysregulation of the two major isoforms (TAp73,△ Np73) was appeared.The relevant studies of p73 gene and Alzheimer's disease were also reviewed.
