血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与脑梗死的临床相关性研究

Clinical Correlation between Plasm Homocysteine Levels and Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与脑梗死之间的关系.方法选择脑梗死患者84例,另选56例体检中心体检者作为对照组,测定其空腹血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)数值.结果脑梗死组Hcy含量为(17.58±8.99)μmol/L,较对照组(9.23±4.16)μmol/L明显升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01).结论同型半胱氨酸水平的升高是导致脑梗死的重要独立危险因素.

Objective To investigate the relationship between the plasma homocysteine （Hcy） and cerebral infarction.Methods 84 patients with cerebral infarction in our department were selected as study group and 56 cases from medical examination center were selected as control group. The fasting plasma homocysteine （Hcy） was determined in both groups . Result The level of Hcy in cerebral infarction group was significantly higher than the control group, there was a significant difference （ P〈0.01） .Conclusion High homocysteine levels is an important independent risk factor of cerebral infarction.
