摘要
本文报道了在超高真空环境下用光学二次谐波方法研究氧在多晶银表面的解离过程。实验表明,氧的吸附对表面非线性电流即对描述非线性电流的唯象参数a,b有很大影响。文中采用一个简单的模型来描述这种影响,模型与实验结果符合较好。
In this paper, we report the study of adsorption and dissociation of oxygen on a
polycrystalline Ag surface by means of optical second-harmonic generation (SHG) in
a Ultra-high vacuum. From the experimental results, we find that the nonlinear
surface currents is affected by adsorption of oxygen, and this is reflected on tne change
of parameters a and b. A simple model is used to fit the experimental results and is
in good areement with the experiment.
