北票某膨润土制备活性白土研究 被引量:7

Study on Activated Clay Preparation by Beipiao Bentonite

摘要 针对北票地区的膨润土资源的特点,利用单因素研究方法对其进行了制备活性白土研究,确定了活性白土制备条件为:酸土比2∶10、活化时间5 h、活化温度90℃、液固比4∶1。制备的活性白土产品脱色率大于99%,活性度为223.1 mmol/100 g,游离酸为0.13%,符合活性土企业标准。利用X-射线衍射和SEM分析手段,对活化后的产品性质与膨润土原矿进行了对比研究,并对活性白土的制备机理进行了探讨。 According to the characteristics of the bentonite resources of Beipiao, we have carried on the research of activated clay preparation by the method of single factor. The clay preparation conditions were identified: The ratio of acid and soil was 2: 10. The activation time was 5 h. The activation temperature was 90 ℃, liquid-solid ratio was 4: 1. The decolorization rate of activated clay products were greater than 99%. The activity degree was 223.1 mmol/100 g. The free acid was 0.13%. The indicators of activated clay can comply with corporate standards. By X-ray diffraction and SEM analysis, the natures of the activation product and bentonite ore were compared. The preparation mechanism of the activated clay was discussed.
