介绍了GLQ-3000型高速离心雾化器在运行中出现的一些故障现象,针对该雾化器在使用过程中出现的问题,采取优化润滑条件、加强润滑维护、改进主要备件技术指标、确保设备检修质量来消除不利运行因素,提高雾化器的使用寿命。
Some fault phenomenon is introduced in the operation of GLQ - 3000 type high - speed centrifugal atomizer. For the problem appearing in the course of the operation, it took optimi- zing lubrication conditions, enhanced the lubrication maintenance, improved main spare technical indicators and ensured the quality of equipment maintenance operation to eliminate the adverse fac- tors and improve the life of the atomizer.
