The paper briefly introduces the concept of cloud computing,development status at home and abroad as well as characters,discusses the application of cloud computing in college and university libraries,including application background,principles and relevant advantages.It also analyzes the corresponding risks,including intellectual property rights,privacy and safe problems,etc.
