摘要
“内部人控制”现象是企业转型过程中急待解决的问题,本文针对此并与世界主要的公司治理模式进行比较,提出对“内部人控制”进行控制和完善公司治理模式的途径。
Insiders' conlrol' is an urgent problem facing the enterprises of China in the transitional period. The author of this paper offers some possible solutions to this problem and practical means of improving the managemenl models through a comparative study of the management models of the key enterprises of the world.
