摘要
在分析抗冻蛋白溶液中冰晶生长的实验结果和抗冻蛋白分子结构的基础上 ,提出了一个抗冻蛋白溶液中界面吸附的元胞自动机模型 ,并用计算机对模型进行了数值模拟 ,得出冰晶界面层厚度与系统中水分子吸附量以及抗冻蛋白浓度的关系 ,数值模拟的结果和实验结果附合较好。模型对于指导实验上定量测定冰晶界面层的吸附情况和解释实验结果的机理有一定意义。
Based on the analyses of the experimental results of ice growth in AF(G)P solutions and of the molecular structure of AF(G)Ps, A cellular automation model of adsorption of interfacial layer in AF(G)P Solutions is proposed, and numerical simulations of the model are conducted by using of computer. We attained the relationships between thinkness of interfacial layer and concentration of AF(G)P and relationships between sum of adsorbed water molecular in the system and concentration of AF(G)P. Simulated results are consistent the adsorption of AF(G)P in the interfacial layer.
