摘要
以TiO2负载Co-Ce-B作为催化剂,通过催化NaBH4在乙醇中醇解生成氢气来处理利用乙醇废液。研究了乙醇浓度、NaOH浓度及NaBH4浓度对NaBH4醇解产氢速率的影响。结果表明,产氢速率随着乙醇浓度的增加逐渐增加;随NaOH浓度的增加产氢速率先增大后减小,当NaOH质量分数是15%,产氢速率达到4.51 L/(min·g);反应速率随NaBH4浓度的增加先增大后减小,当NaBH4质量分数为10%时,反应速率达到3.97 L/(min·g)。
In this paper, TiO2 - supported Co- Ce- B catalyst is prepared and then used in treatment of ethanol wastewa ter along with the hydrogen generation. The effects of ethanol concentration in the wastewater, NaOH concentration and NaBH4 concentration on the hydrogen production rate, in the alcoholysis process of sodium borohydride(NaBH4), are inves rioted. The results show that the hydrogen production rate increases gradually when the ethanol concentration rises; with the increase of NaOH concentration, the hydrogen generation rate firstly increases and then decreases and when the mass fraction of NaOH is 15%, it can reach 4,51 I./(min'g) ;with the increase of NaBH4 concentration, the reaction rate also firstly increase and then decreases and when the mass fraction of NaBH4 stays at 10%,the ~ production rate goes to 3.97 I_/(n/n'g).
