红细胞沉降率和C-反应蛋白联合检测在儿科疾病中的应用

Erythrocyte sedimentation rate and C reactive protein application in the pediatric disease

目的:观察儿童呼吸道炎症疾病及免疫性疾病中红细胞沉降率(ESR)与C-反应蛋白(CRP)的关系。方法:检测和比较正常对照组和疾病组的ESR和CRP水平。结果:WBC、ESR、CRP在以上两种儿科疾病都有不同程度的升高,且三者升高的水平呈正相关。结论:ESR和CRP都是反应炎症的良好指标,ESR和CRP的增高在免疫性疾病患者中较WBC更灵敏。

Objective To study correlation between the diagnostic values of the erythrocyte sedimentation rate （ESR） and C- reactive protein （CRP） in children with respiratory tract inflammatory diseases and autoimmune diseases.Method ESR and CRP levels were detected and compared the normal control group and disease group.Results WBC,ESR,CRP levels in two kinds of pediatric diseases have different rise,and three elevated levels were positively correlated.Conclusion ESR and CRP are good markers of inflammation,ESR and CRP increased in patients with autoimmune diseases are more sensitive than WBC.
